We will submit all insurance claims for you. Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary referrals from your primary care physician prior to the appointment. Patients may be responsible for payment of copayments and/or deductibles for services as required by their insurance plan. Copayments must be paid at the time of service.

Most insurance companies cover allergy testing and treatment. However, in some cases, allergy testing and/or treatment may be subject to a deductible. Please check with your insurance company before your appointment.
